TAWAU: An illegal 4-D syndicate which rakes in more than RM1.2 million a month has been smashed by police here.
A 16-year-old female student who just earned her first paycheck of RM700 from the syndicate was among 14 suspects arrested during the swoop on Saturday.
Police who described the syndicate as the biggest known in the State said the syndicate was operating from a house in Taman Amanah, here.
